      Pros

      I truly enjoyed working at Novartis. One of the things I appreciated most was how students are treated as full members of the team. Everyone is patient, supportive, and understands the importance of academic commitments especially during exam periods. I wholeheartedly recommend this opportunity to anyone who wants to gain valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

      Cons

      I honestly can’t think of any downsides. The only thing I regret is not being able to stay longer, simply because there were no open positions at the time.

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
