      Pros

      - People are usually very straight - Clear measurements - clear expectations - Looking for opportunities and innovation

      Cons

      - Low level of salary increases: Only if you change job - Talent Management organisation exists - but they are not moving anything forward - Very demanding: Working 15-18 hours a day is normal - In case you do not meet the numbers - it is over

      Pros

      Great leaders of the program, Jess and Raf, they still keep in touch with past interns good envrionemnt, had living provided and cahrlie car got very close with other interns (network for life)

      Cons

      Training was long and the mentors shoudlve done it too some of the departments are clicky and some mentors suck and skip through the training
