extremely bureaucratic, at times fairly incompetent colleagues, senior management totally lost, short term vision, people in commercial acting in a completely hectic fashion mostly to hide they do quite little, and these days NO budget at all, even at global level. the company is paralyzed these days (no travel, no conference, no externals, no new vendors...)
