      Good Opportunities for engagement with colleagues and management. Info sharing and support. Freedom at workplace and within my own job. Career advancement support.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic and slow decision making. Occasionally unresponsive to employee needs. Structured mentor program not available, individual needs to grapple career ops on her own.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
