      Pros

      They have maternity leave for father - this is the only think I can think of.

      Cons

      Low salary, bad management, you can give your heart so the product will be succeeded and you can cut off year after. In Israel you can find much better companies, let Nokia work with Indians engineer.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
