Pros
1) Flexible working hours 2) you will not be seating idle, task will be assigned 3) No bench concept as it is product based company 4) Gives oppurtunity to present and implement new ideas 5) Career growth depends on Company's performance 6) Work Life balance depends on Manager and the team you are working with.
Cons
1) Some teams strictly follows hybrid mode where as some teams have flexibility in following it. Some people who are in organization for long time will be doing wfh only but where as some people can not even take wfh for 1 month. Policy should be equal for every one. 2) Career growth is bit low as per me.
