Pros
Nokia Technology Center Philippines was great for fresh graduates while it lasted. They often participated in university job fairs and hired new graduates regularly. During my time in Nokia, I had a good learning experience what it was like to transition from an academic environment to an Agile Research and Development Engineering environment. I miss the company sometimes. I wish they didn't close down.
Cons
Like in any company, experience may vary across development teams. I was like to have had a good manager that shielded us from external pressure and allowed us to continue delivering good quality products.
