      Great bonus based on company and individual performance.

      Cons

      The cellular networks industry tends to be boom or bust. Managers are not flexible with work/life balance. When applying for internal positions, there is often no response or update.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
