Pros
In timisoara, as a new hire you get a pretty good salary compared to other companies. You also get health insurance, and other benefits.
Cons
You pretty much get stuck with the salaray and the position. I transitioned from student to full time employee and i was told that 2 years i will not get any raise. They do net help you to imporve yourself not tehnically nor personally. My manager was the one to not help me and i had to always look somewhere else for help.
