      Pros

      Open minded environment, flexible worktime, lot of opportunities, and the best: as I see all of the colleagues are nice people.

      Cons

      Because a lot of newcomers there are too few expert colleagues, but it will be positive in the future. We use a lot of Nokia-specific technologies.
