      Pros

      Nokia has right direction and keeps doing right. Its culture encourage employees to feel comfortable. All staff know current situation via open communication

      Cons

      Organization is too big to change immediately. Sometimes different customers have different requirement, but it's hard to fulfill request due to complicated process

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
