      Nokia is very innovative and is investing in many exciting technologies including LTE, LTE-Advanced, Internet-of-Things, etc.

      Cons

      Nokia seems to be driving most key projects from Finland rather than leveraging their global talent.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
