      - Highly talented team, you work with great system architect and software designers - very flat hierarchy, no politics - High focus on creating a good development environment. Makes it easy to code and commit instead of wasting time on less productive tasks

      Cons

      - Pay - Medical Benefits are very limited - RSUs and options are very hard to come by

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
