      - flat organization, no much hierarchy in work organization - opportunity to work with other people in different countries (remotely or travel opportunities) - semi flexi time - comprehensive benefits

      Cons

      - holidays are not celebrated such as Christmas (no work place decorations) - changes in organization and leadership were sometimes changing too sudden and frequent - basic salary not very high

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
