      Excellent work life balance Some teams have very good work Good company to learn and apply on your daily work

      Very Limited onsite opportunities less recognition to your work Lots of Re-Organisation happens Earlier facilities are removed, like free food, free tea, coffee, softdrinks, snacks.. etc

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
