Pros
Senior engineers had lots of valuable experience from fALU days. Exposure to wide range of network infrastructure.
Cons
Very little respect given to groups outside of Finland. Jobs in North America are on their way out. Top down management style alienates engineers with strange business decisions and unrealistic expectations. Poor compensation and no overtime for weekend work. Sterile work culture.
