      Working on modern products with the latest technologies. Opportunities for grow - modern education program. Unique atmosphere that help make creative environment. People that working for Nokia with their skills and eager to share their knowledge. Really open for cooperation with the students - Summer Trainee program, working students program, lectures etc. 2 days per employee for volunteering activities sponsored by Nokia.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
