      1. Very Great company culture: respect, challenge, renewal, achievement 2. Work hard and also can happy life(Nokia provide at least 12 days annual leave with salary) , you can take leave as you wish. 3. Very good work atmosphere

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
