      Extremely chilled out atmosphere Helpful colleagues Fantastic R&D infrastructure. This includes training programs too Encourages development

      Bureaucracy The chilled out atmosphere makes one lethargic. Getting something done is quite difficult as no-one really seems to care Slow, very slow. (possibly because its chilled out).

      Unwritten expectation for evenings and weekend additional work. Felt like upper management viewed us as costs, instead of people.
