      Flexible working hours, home office, support mobile purchase, pay mobile bill, free parking space in the office, yearly bonus

      Cons

      no salary increase, no salary correction based on market mean, huge company so boureacratic, not clear working processes in place, no employer branding

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
