      1) Flexible Timing 2) Great Work Life balance 3) Better than average Salary 4) Very good and kind people to work with. 5) Good facility like free insurance, CLV etc. 6) Employee friendly company

      No cons as such, But going out from Manyatha teck park during peak hours is like hell due to traffic.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
