      Pros

      There are lots of opportunities for learning and growth. There is little politics here and I feel that everyone has a fair chance of getting roles if you are doing a good job.

      Cons

      The work load is very high. There is also high pressure to deliver quickly and with quality. Overtime and weekend work is common.

      Pros

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
