      Work life balance is ok

      Cons

      Low salary increase. Poor performance evaluation system in place compared to years past. Most of recent changes are deteriorating Nokia from an ideal company to work for to a company to leave for greener pastures

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
