A lot of thier internal processes are confused due to aquiring Alcatel-Lucent and Siemens. They've made key posistions redundant, leaving responsibility voids. A lot of former Alcatel-Lucent employees are underpaid. Former ALU staff in Australia have been trying to have thier EPA updated with new Nokia only to have Nokia try immature heavy handed bargaining tactics to remove benefits.
