Pros
Murray Hill is the former base of Alcatel-Lucent, and now base of Nokia since the acquisition on Jan 2016. Here we have Bell Labs and the best telecommunication engineers working around. Either Nokia or Alcatel-Lucent has the tech/engineering in their blood, and the engineers here are nice, not like some software engineers from financial industry, payment industry (where I have been working before). These telecommunication engineers have a bundle of knowledge over this industry.
Cons
Because of Huawei's rising, Nokia, Cisco, Ericsson, and previous Alcatel-Lucent are all losing their percentage of this industry. Some departments in Nokia may cutting jobs now, ex the previous wireless department of Alcatel-Lucent might be cut off since the acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent by Nokia
