      Pros

      salary is ok and the working time is quite flexible, and don't have much pressure. people are all kindness. I like it.

      Cons

      the salary increase every is not so big, and you might not get salary increase though you had excellent work, the only reason for that is that the revenue of company might not be so good.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
