      Pros

      Global reach, world class sales and logistics organization. Being part of one team across all timezones. Great flexibility in job tasks, very flexible towards work/life balance.

      Cons

      Headless organization, career path extremely political skewed. Finnish Mafia ruling above skill and results. Silo thinking, minicompanies competing in counterproductive ways. Poor marketing creation and execution, too slow and rigid. Conservative thinking clouds innovation. Company needs to risk more.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
