Pros
Nokia work environment is quite good, it gives you independence to work. Work-life balance is very good. You will never feel any pressure at work. Nokia Salaries are quite good, comparable to other internet companies like Yahoo
Cons
Nokia India is another typical MNC which treats its own India center as "services company". i.e very fragmented work comes to Bangalore. Main control still stays in Finland. So, whenever there is downturn, the teams that get cut are from India. The downside of higher salaries is that it makes difficult to get another job outside of Nokia as your salaries will be above average and the opportunities shrink
