      Flexible work time, hybrid work.

      Cons

      Not competitive salary, bad management, layoffs in favor of AI, CEO focusing on individual performance instead of making sure teams are working together efficiently, AI being pushed down our throat, strict deadlines, lack of planning, chaos, our voices are not heard.

      Decent starting salary, good benefits, generous PTO

      Cons

      1% raises forever. Last promotion I got to Principal had no raise but a bump in bonus percentage. Now they are giving kids 8-12% raises and they have less than 5 yrs. Once you hit about 5 yrs you will get the 1% a yr and be pigeon holed into a specific job. Then good luck trying to change.
