Pros
It was stable company with decent amount of benefits (especially for parents of newborn children), but since 2024 the atmosphere in QA department got much worse.
Cons
A lot of pressure from management, poor planning, often unfriendly environment. Salary increase is almost nonexistent and don't even cover inflation rate.
