      Good work culture, good people, interesting opportunities. Very good work life balance.

      Cons

      Growing pains due to growth in cable industry leading to fluctuations in workload. Some employees seem to be coasting instead of giving them best. Very strict HR management leading to poor morale amongst colleagues.
