      Pros

      Great HQ offices, friendly colleagues with a family feel, international atmosphere going beyond the EU with many young talents coming from all over the world. The New Nexans strategy is starting to bear its fruits, after painful months of restructuring. The company has now more focus and it shows in the results.

      Cons

      The French managerial culture is still present, and some senior leaders are still not humble enough to review their managerial practices to adapt to teams needing a positive outlook on them, coaching and stimulation to engage.
