      Well paid due to out-of-hours and unsocial bonuses Good team NHSP bank work available all the time for overtime

      Cons

      Horrendous management (rota errors, pay delays, unable to take leave) Dated office - unclean and uncomfortable Impossible to get trained properly when working out of hours Poor communication from local management (top-level senior management very effective and visible!)
