      Pros

      I was in private care so have less of a grasp on NHS as a company, they provided funding to my boss to carry out the work. I got good training and flexible hours.

      Cons

      More vetting and training needed from NHS to private care management, as the place I worked in was a mess and created an uncomfortable work environment.
