Lovely staff (depending on the ward), everyone is really friendly and knows each other
Cons
An intense fast paced job, where you'll have varying levels of supervision. Medical school won't really prepare you for it, a lot of learning on the job. I worked at north Tees and medical wards had varying levels of supervision. Prepare to be out of your depth, but you'll get the hang of it.
