      The NHS isn’t perfect or the perfect employer but your work as a healthcare professional in it, matters. The pay is not great for the responsibility but you have good sick pay and great annual leave.

      Cons

      Forever changing Forever lacking in funds In some specialties there is career progression but in others it’s hard to go up from band 5!
