      - Competitive salary - Medicine insurance and perks - Smart and nice people - Steep learning curve - Good working atmosphere - Market leader - Company founders are cool.

      Cons

      - Most probably you will not make any career in Murex, as It has a horizontal structure. I've seen people that were stuck on the same position for 10 years. - Long working hours. - Egalite. Your compensation does not depend on your performance. - Mid-management could be better - Limited exit opportunities. You will easily find a Murex support role in a bank, but you will barely get a quant position in a hedge fund.
