Pros
This is an excellent organization to work for. Lots of opportunity to work across the entire space of Treasury & Capital Markets, front to back thanks to the fully integrated nature of the MX.3 platform that covers trading, processing and risk management across a broad range of asset classes (FX, MM, Fixed Income, Rates, Equity, Security Finance, Commodity etc). Good working environment with the opportunity to travel across the region working with clients (largely on the sell side).
Cons
Limited opportunity for highly motivated junior consultants to grow. Partly on account of the seniority based structure for access to opportunities as opposed to ability. Not necessarily a bad thing given that the company offers a lot of stability, but if one is expecting a Silicon Valley tech like of working experience (Apple, Facebook, Google) etc. then this is not the place to be.
