      Most of the pros are for junior developers: - good compensation for juniors in Lebanon - great career growth for juniors - respects the employees and helps a lot in difficult circumstances - exceptional benefits such as great insurance, school allowance for children, retirement plan, etc.

      Cons

      - compensation doesn’t improve much year after year - long working hours 9-7 and intense workload - hybrid but not flexible in remote days
