8yWhile individual results of course vary by account executive, the third party benchmarking we do shows that that our Field team’s attainment is in line with, or exceeds, our industry peers across almost every measure. Also, our sales compensation plans and associated accelerators for over-attainment are some of the most attractive in the industry. Long sales cycles are not for everyone, but our sales cycles are reflective of the deep long-term and strategic engagements we drive with our customers and the outcomes we sell.
This is all validated by our continued exceptional company growth as well as the customer success stories we hear every day. I am sorry to hear that your experience did not line up in a similar way.
