9yThanks for the feedback! Career growth is definitely critical and as it's something that we've continued to place more importance on as we've grown. People should be able to grow both in their role--through challenging work, great colleagues and coaching from their manager--and beyond by moving into different roles across the company. We've started quarterly check-ins which are meant to ensure that regular career conversations are taking place and want to continue to find ways to support growth. In addition to speaking with their manager and other leaders, employees should also feel comfortable reaching out to People Ops as well.
