      workforce in general is average -> ability to shine Global company with global positions Great deal of opportunities to grow and learn Tries to use internal resources for projects and programs Easy place to stay / come back to if interested of easygoing work culture but a bit lower salary

      Salary levels are low Very good workers are not given enough attention, many people leave the company after they have gathered the experience
