1.Salary disparity b/w team and experience employee.
2. Poor location, even Gurgaon Hr denied to come in this location and resigned and take promotions
3. Fake promises for bonus at joining time
4. Favoritism, Gurgaon Hr , admin & Finance very irritative not supportive.
5. 6 year experience person hired as assistant manager or engineer or sr engineer. No criteria fixed.
