Cons
Since the restructuration that happened on spring 2021, multiple people have been fired or moved over, all of it not in a very political and respectful way... Since then, new design leaders have been put in place, replacing previous ones that were way more competent and caring. The new leaders "doesn't believe in design by democracy", and think that "not everything should be validated with users". That mindset being translated into them taking all decisions without consulting or involving the team, without having any user validation, not considering the designers in place and not giving any career progression perspective. The design team went from ~22 people to 7 in just 6 months, everyone giving their resignation one after the other over the bad management.
