Pros

- I'm currently in the NYC Headquarters, which is modern and open. - The teams I work with are knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. There is never a moment when I cannot ask someone for help with something I do not understand. - The company cares about its employees and its mission. - There is a clear vision for the future that connects from the C-level to the rank and file. - Despite the clear hierarchy, I can talk to whomever I desire when bandwidth allows. - I look forward to coming to work each day, even when things get difficult.

Cons

- There is a lot to learn especially if you are new to the Life Sciences field. Nevertheless, the team is patient and will train you well. - The company is huge, so it will take a while to get to know your colleagues outside of your immediate teams and reports. There are plenty of opportunities to connect, however.

Pros

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

Cons

After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
