      Pros

      - Good benefits - Great if you can work without care - Most managers are tenure and been there for years. Great to learn from - Decent pay.

      Cons

      - Company promised that layoffs wouldn't happen during Covid in 2020. Not even a year later lay offs happened in exchange for more employees in India. - Questionable reasons of termination of employees. - Disorganization is rampant in some departments. - Constant promises not being fulfilled.
