Pros

It is the flagship company of MMC - the parent company. Aside from that, can't think of any other reason why I would want to work for the company. Some of the people that work there are nice, but it would be better if the company were more diversified and structured

Cons

The company is not very accepting of minorities, particularly blacks. The ration is something like 1:50. Very hard to find a lot of minorities in office positions. Also not very accepting or considerate of working mothers. You create your own career advancement. There is no structure surrounding that. The company o is also going through a lot of senior management changes and organizational changes. You have to be a fast learner and find your way around issues. A lot of help is not given to help you to understand how the company works. Very individualized, an every man for himself spirit exists there. You also have to know the right people to get promoted.

Pros

Amazing people and culture. Opportunity for growth is great.

Cons

Understaffed for support. Offshoring support isn’t great.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative marketing leadership team. Leadership welcomed new ideas and outside perspectives. Clear direction from leadership, modern NYC office, and strong investment in marketing operations, technology, and innovation. I had the opportunity to meet with John Doyle several times. He always came across as decisive, approachable, and genuinely passionate about the business and its people. That tone carried through much of the leadership culture. I also enjoyed working for John Jones. He was a strong leader who set clear objectives, communicated priorities well, and created realistic expectations for the team. That clarity helped the organization stay focused while still encouraging innovation and new ideas.

Cons

Like many large enterprise organizations, decision-making could move slowly at times due to the matrixed structure and number of stakeholders involved across business units.
