Cons
Extremely poor candidate communication. Congratulated me for reaching the final stage, then called hours later saying it was a mistake. No accountability or transparency in the process. Unclear recruitment funnel — invited candidates from various fields, but hired only for 3–4 finance/marketing/supply chain roles. Wasted time, energy, and trust.
