      Family owned business that plans and plays the long game. Strong emphasis on personal development and investing in its people.

      Cons

      Huge amount of responsibility given very early on. Very strong culture which doesn't suit everyone. Harder to adapt to the culture the older you are.

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
