      Pros

      Managed to sort out the toilets and bins eventually... what an achievement. Free chocolate. Inexperienced people promoted based on how well they network rather than ability to do the job.

      Cons

      Free chocolate. IS division lacked clear leadership and was extremely slow to make decisions. IS: an HR department that don't know their own policies and are poorly equipped to help their associates. More concerned with where the next 'high potential' associate is coming from than looking after those they have already got.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
